"All therapeutic treatments for performance horses should be based upon a specific diagnosis and administered in the context of a valid and transparent owner-trainer-veterinarian relationship."

Thoroughbred Incentive Program 2013 Award

The T.I.P. Young Rider of the Year Award will recognize a young rider, 18 or under,
who owns or leases a Thoroughbred for use in 4-H, Pony Club or other activities.
The winner(s) will be determined through an essay contest with a total award of $5,000
annually that can be applied to the college of their choice or to their participation
in an event that furthers their involvement with horses. To apply for the T.I.P.

Thoroughbreds registered with The Jockey Club will be eligible for participation in all
classes and awards. Horse owners interested in participating in T.I.P.

March 5, 2013 - The Dressage Foundation announced today that a new fund has been established to provide financial assistance to North American, non-professional riders to attend the Spanish Riding School's (SRS) Training Center in Heldenberg, Austria. Ralph and Freddie Dreitzler established the Heldenberg Training Center Fund in memory of E.L. Dreitzler in conjunction with the Dreitzler family and Andreas Hausberger, Chief Rider at the Spanish Riding School and Director of the Training Center in Heldenberg.

Grants will begin in 2013, as the Spanish Riding School opens its doors to international students. Educational programs at the School include theory seminars, riding lessons, seminars for judges and other international experts, seminars for professional riders and trainers as well as grooms.   Welcome to the Spanish Riding School in Vienna!
