Toplines newsletters are available on this DVCTA website, by "snail mail" (upon request) and by email (upon request).

Submissions
We welcome submissions of articles and photos. Items can be sumitted to the editors at anytime however the deadline for submissions is the last day of each month to meet publication constraints.
