1. Please clearly prepare the content of what you want posted. Please don't leave the editing to Ralph & Lauren since we don't really know that details of your posting and don't want to post incorrect information. Also, we are really nice but we'd prefer not to repost numerous times to make corrections.

2. If you want a simple text message to be posted on the website, please send it in the "body" of your email, not as a MS Word document. MS Word puts in mystery characters and makes the website quite unhappy.

3. If you want to post a more complex document to the website (e.g. entry forms, flyers, etc), please submit the document in *.pdf file format. The *.pdf file format is "universal" and anyone can read with Adobe Acrobat Reader which is free. If you don't have the ability to convert your document to *.pdf, send it to Sandy and she can do the conversion.

4. Send your submissions by email to Ralph and/or Lauren.  Sometimes sending to both of us is better in case one of us is not available.
